Produced by Ananth Govindan and Arun Vaidyanathan under the Everest Entertainment banner, it was distributed by ABITCS Studios, Thirukumaran Entertainment and RPP Film Factory. Krishnan Vasant was the cinematographer and Arrora the music composer.
